This makes the cottage suitable for single overnight stays as well as longer visits.
It enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of the forest: simple, rustic, and cozy.
The Alsterån River is just a stone's throw away. A rowboat belonging to the house is moored there from July to October.
The cottage features a living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom; the beds can be joined to form double beds.
There is a veranda attached to the house and a terrace in the garden.
The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, cycling, swimming, boating, and fishing – ideal for those seeking nature and tranquility.
Alsterfors 23 is located in the heart of the Kingdom of Crystal – between Målerås and Alstermo. The nearby glassworks of Målerås, Kosta, and Orrefors are easily accessible, as are the towns of Nybro, Kalmar, Växjö, and Lessebo.

This is us (not in Sweden this time)
Hej Hej from Alstermo, we are the Heymann family: Frank, Britta and Laurenz. We come from Hamburg, Germany.
We bought the house we live here in Sweden in 2010 and have spent many summer holidays here since. After Laurenz graduated from high school, we decided to say goodbye to Hamburg in 2023 an have been livinng in Alstermo ever since.
With our holiday home in Alsterfors, we want to offer you the opportunity to experience and explore Sweden and Smaland in the way we have done over the years.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Dogs are not allowed to lie in or on the beds, nor on the seating furniture.
We do not rent the house for use for graduation parties, New Year´s Eve celebrations or beachelor and bachelorette parties. Other parties and celebrations are also not permitted without our express consent.
The tenant must be at least eighteen years old when the contract is signed.
